Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Jackson, TN

The best part about staying there was the lady who was working the front desk. she went way beyond, and above her way to make sure our stay was excellent. I cant remember her name , and she wasnt there when we checked out. I hope there is a way you can find out who she is and give her my thanks. The best hotel desk person that I have ever encountered. and I do a lot of traveling. I hope shes there the next trip I make to Jackson TN.

The stay was very pleasant, and there were no problems. There are two main reasons that I marked anything off: 1. There is no cancellation availability when booking this hotel. I've never seen a hotel that you couldn't cancel if needed within a reasonable amount of time. 2. The hotel is nice and clean, but you can see its age.

The woman at the front desk, Amanda, is a wonderful person who treats you and your family like old friends. Our family was there through a tornado alert and she helped to make my children feel safe and comfortable. Every hotel should have someone like Amanda.

Breakfast was good. Very nice to give us a room on the ground floor as we travel with my service dog. No deposit required and no questions asked as we were exhausted from driving 10 hours and had stopped at a Best Western first where they wanted a 150 dollar deposit and wanted us to sign a form saying if there was dog hair they could keep it. My dog doesn't shed, but I couldn't guarantee there wouldn't be a dog hair somewhere giving them the right to keep my money.

Everything was great I would definitely recommend this hotel 5star 😊 Also the staff there was awesome especially Amanda I love her she was a lovely person she made sure that we had a good stay there. The breakfast was also great different variety to choose from. I would love to come back here.
